As some of you might be aware, we had a technical issue last year where reward balances weren’t expiring correctly over a period of time resulting incorrect reward balances for your clients. We noticed in certain instances when you tried to adjust those inaccuracies manually, still there were errors and launched an investigation into what’s causing these inaccuracies..
We are glad to let you know that we have been able to identify the issues causing these inaccurate reward balances and we have now fixed them for good! This means your reward balances will get expired at the right time going forward!
However, we are unable to reverse the errors caused by the technical issue or reinstate the correct balances since we are not 100% sure what’s the correct current reward balance for each of your clients.. But you can go ahead and manually fix any inaccuracies caused by the technical issue and be sure that it won’t happen again!
