Fixed service group issue that impacted the performance of Timely

Previously, if you tried to reschedule a booking with a couple of normal services and a service group where all the services in that service group have been deleted it would go into a state that caused notable performance degradation. This is now mitigated so the issue no longer occurs along with a message to the client to contact the business to reschedule the appointment.
