Client notifications when saving a client card in-store

Now when you save a client’s card details from the Saving Credit Card Details In-Store Screen, the client will automatically receive a respective email.

We have also added functionality allowing you to save a card from the Checkout and optionally send a pre-polutated SMS to the client to reassure them that their card has been saved securely.
