This has been an amazing year for Timely and many of our customers in the Timely family. Thank you for all of your support. We have loved every minute of it. Here's why.

Thank you for an amazing year

2015 has been another stellar year on the Timely rocket ship. We added ten amazing human beings to our team. We shipped a tonne of awesome new features. The number of customers using Timely doubled to well over 4,000 in 75 countries around the world. Over 15 million appointments have been made using Timely. I could go on, and my colleagues will tell you that I often do!

As we take stock of all of the milestones, I’m left feeling thankful to have such awesome customers. I’ve worked in a range of industries and I can say, hands down, that Timely customers are the best in the world. We received a lot of love during 2015. I’d like to take a few moments to give some back.

  1. You make Timely better every day. By giving us valuable feedback on what you need, we can turn your ideas into important features. Thank you for taking time out of your busy lives to let us know how we can make Timely better for you, and everyone else in the Timely family.
  2. You help Timely grow. Over one third of all new Timely customers find out about us from a friend. That’s amazing. Thank you so much for letting others in your industries know about us. We appreciate it so, so much.
  3. You are a pleasure to work with. It’s not just the fact that you take time out of your busy schedule to give us feedback and spread the word… it’s the way that you do it. You are positive, polite, thoughtful and thorough. We genuinely enjoy the people we get to do this with every day. Thank you.
  4. You inspire us. Every week we hear new stories of small business owners overcoming challenges, achieving their dreams and making the world a better place. These stories inspire us and make us jump out of bed in the mornings. In the New Year we’ll be sharing more of these stories and inspiration, because they deserve to be told. Well done, and again, thank you!

Xmas Support Hours

Our hard-working Support Team will be taking a break on the 25th & 28th of Dec and 1st & 4th Jan (NZDST). But don’t worry as they’ll be checking in to keep an eye out for any urgent or emergency issues! Scheduled phone support will resume on the 5th of January. Normal support is available on all other days over the Xmas period.
