With the number of businesses joining Timely growing every day, we're excited to welcome John Bollen into the onboarding team as a Customer Onboarding Specialist. Every day, he'll help give our customers the special treatment they've come to expect when getting started with their accounts.

Welcome John

We like to give you the best possible experience when you get started with a new Timely trial. This journey starts with the onboarding team, who are on hand to help you get set up and running in the easiest way possible, and often involves activities like importing data from other systems into Timely, or helping your staff get used to the booking system. The onboarding team works tirelessly to make sure you start getting more out of your day with Timely as quickly as possible.

With the number of businesses joining Timely growing every day, we’re excited to welcome John Bollen into the onboarding team as a Customer Onboarding Specialist. Every day, he’ll help give our customers the special treatment they’ve come to expect when getting started with their accounts.

John is a talented Dunedin local who, with his education and experience, will add considerable value to the Timely trial experience. After graduating from university with degrees in German Language, Music, and a PostGrad year in Natural History Filmmaking and Science Communication, John began working for national advertising company Phantom Billstickers, where he helped run their social media accounts. During this time, he also worked with local Dunedin creative Jon Thom from Motion Sickness Studio on videos for Insiders Dunedin, the Digital Office, and Gigatown Dunedin, until The Wireless picked him up for some short documentary collaborations.

John heard about Timely through a friend, and jumped at the opportunity to join a “cool Dunedin company working in the tech space”.

When John isn’t patiently helping you with your Timely trial or making cool videos, he spends his free hours socialising with his partner and friends, or playing in the band he’s part of. He also likes to go to shows “when something good comes to Dunedin.”

If you sign up for a 30 day trial of Timely, there’s a good chance you might be speaking to John at some point! You can also pop over and connect with him on LinkedIn.

Welcome John!
